# Swell AI — SendWhale's Built-In Campaign Assistant

> Meet Swell, SendWhale's built-in AI assistant. Draft campaigns, build audiences, and save brand facts — all scoped to your current workspace context.

Swell is SendWhale's built-in AI campaign assistant. It works directly inside your selected workspace, drawing on your brand settings, references, images, memories, and integrations to help you create campaigns that feel on-brand from the first draft. Everything Swell knows is scoped to the workspace you have open — switch workspaces and Swell immediately works within that brand's context instead.

## What Swell can do

Swell is designed to handle the full creative and operational loop of email marketing. Within a conversation, you can ask Swell to:

Swell's quality depends directly on the richness of your workspace context. The more complete your brand settings, references, memories, and integrations are, the more accurately Swell will reflect your brand in every draft. Keep this information current — especially after rebrands, product updates, or team changes.
