# SendWhale brand settings: colors, logo, voice, footer

> Configure the brand identity your workspace uses in every campaign: name, logo, colors, fonts, brand voice, social links, and footer compliance facts.

Brand settings define the identity that SendWhale and Swell use when building and drafting campaigns for your workspace. Every field here — from your logo to your footer address — feeds directly into how your emails look and what Swell writes. Brand settings are per-workspace, so each workspace you manage can have a completely independent brand.

## Brand settings fields

## Importing brand settings from your website

Supply your website URL in the brand settings form and select **Import from website**. SendWhale fetches publicly available content from your site to pre-populate fields like your description, colors, social links, and footer facts.

<Warning>
  Never rely on auto-imported data for legal disclaimers, prices, compliance text, or your business address. Always review and manually verify everything that was imported before saving — automated imports can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
</Warning>

After importing, go through each field and confirm the values are correct. Pay particular attention to your footer facts and any legal statements.

## Saving and switching workspaces

Brand settings are saved per workspace. When you switch to a different workspace, SendWhale loads that workspace's brand settings automatically. Changes you make in one workspace do not affect any other workspace.

<Note>
  If your business address changes, update it in brand settings as soon as possible. Your footer address appears in every campaign email and must remain accurate for CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
