# SendWhale workspaces: manage brands and team access

> Understand what a SendWhale workspace is, how to switch between workspaces, create new ones, and navigate workspace settings for your brand.

A workspace is your brand's isolated environment inside SendWhale. Every campaign, contact list, audience segment, brand setting, integration, and team member belongs to a specific workspace. If you manage multiple brands or businesses, each one gets its own workspace with completely separate data and permissions.

## What lives inside a workspace

Each workspace contains its own set of:

* **Campaigns** — email campaigns and drafts created for that brand
* **Contacts** — the contact list and audience segments for that workspace
* **Brand settings** — name, logo, colors, fonts, voice, and footer details
* **Integrations** — third-party service connections configured for that workspace
* **Team members** — people invited to collaborate, each with a workspace-scoped role

Switching workspaces immediately changes which data and permissions apply to every action you take in the app.

## Switching between workspaces

Use the workspace selector — available in the sidebar — to move between workspaces you belong to. Select a workspace from the list and SendWhale loads that workspace's data, brand context, and member permissions.

## Creating a new workspace

Open the workspace switcher and choose **Create workspace**. You will be prompted to give the new workspace a name. After creation, you can configure its brand settings, invite members, and connect integrations independently of your other workspaces.

## Workspace settings

Each workspace has a dedicated full-page settings area where you manage brand, members, integrations, images, references, memories, and agent access. Access it from the sidebar while inside a workspace. Use the **back button** in the settings area to return to the main workspace sidebar at any time.

<Note>
  The workspace you have selected controls which data, brand context, and member permissions apply throughout the app. Always confirm you are in the correct workspace before making changes.
