If you’ve forgotten your password, SendWhale can send a one-time recovery link to your registered email address. Follow the steps below to regain access and set a new password. The entire process takes only a few minutes, provided you still have access to the email address on your account.
Never share your password or your password reset link with anyone — including SendWhale support staff. Support will never ask for your password or request that you forward a recovery email. If you receive an unsolicited message asking for these details, treat it as a phishing attempt.
1

Go to the forgot-password page

2

Enter your email address

Type the email address associated with your SendWhale account and click Send recovery link.SendWhale sends a one-time, expiring recovery link to that address. For security, the page shows a confirmation message regardless of whether the address is registered — this prevents account enumeration.
3

Check your inbox

Open the recovery email from SendWhale. If it doesn’t appear within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
4

Click the recovery link

Click the link in the email. You’re taken to /reset-password with the link’s token applied automatically.
Recovery links are single-use and expire. Do not share the link or open it in a different browser session than the one you intend to use. If your link has expired or has already been used, return to /forgot-password and request a fresh one.
5

Set your new password

On the reset page, enter a new password (minimum 12 characters) and type it again in the Confirm password field to ensure they match. Click Reset password.
6

Sign in with your new password

After a successful reset, go to /login and sign in with your updated credentials.

Troubleshooting

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Add support@gosendwhale.com to your contacts to help future emails reach your inbox. If the email still doesn’t arrive after a few minutes, wait briefly before requesting again — repeated rapid requests may be rate-limited.
If you can no longer receive email at the address on your account, password self-service won’t work. Contact support@gosendwhale.com and describe your situation. Be prepared to verify your identity. You can also visit /support to open a ticket.

Sign in after resetting

Once your password is reset, sign in at gosendwhale.com/login. If you’d like to use Google sign-in instead of a password going forward, see Sign in to your account.
