SendWhale offers a support page and direct email contact to help you resolve issues and get answers during the private beta. The fastest way to reach the team is through the support page at gosendwhale.com/support, which provides an authenticated request form as well as answers to common questions.

The support page

Visit gosendwhale.com/support to:
  • Browse common answers and guidance relevant to your situation
  • Submit a workspace-specific support request if you are signed in
  • Review your own recent support messages
The support page is available to all signed-in SendWhale users.

Submitting a support request

1

Sign in to your account

Go to gosendwhale.com/login and sign in. Authenticated requests are automatically linked to your workspace, which helps the support team investigate faster.
2

Go to the support page

3

Fill in the request form

Describe your issue in detail. Include:
  • Your workspace name or ID
  • Any error messages you see (copy them exactly)
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • What you expected to happen versus what actually happened
4

Submit the request

Submit the form. Keep a copy of your submitted message in case you need to follow up with the support team.

Viewing past requests

After submitting, you can find your recent support messages on the /support page. Requests are private to you and visible only to SendWhale platform admins — other workspace members cannot see your support history.

Contact by email

If you do not have a SendWhale account or cannot access your workspace, contact the team directly at support@gosendwhale.com.
The contact form on the support page opens an email draft in your default email client — it does not submit automatically. You must send the email yourself after the draft opens.

What to include in your message

Whether you use the support form or email directly, providing the right context helps the team respond more effectively:
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Your workspace name or ID
  • The exact error message (if any)
  • Steps that reproduce the problem
  • What you expected to happen
During private beta, SendWhale does not commit to a specific response time SLA, automatic acknowledgements, threaded replies, or a formal ticket status system. The team responds on a best-effort basis and will follow up as soon as possible.
