Personal preferences

Adjust language, date format, and time format to match your locale and workflow.
  • Language — select your preferred interface language.
  • Date format — choose between formats such as MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY.
  • Time format — switch between 12-hour and 24-hour display.
Save your preferences after making any changes. These settings apply only to your account and do not affect other members of your workspaces.

Notifications

Choose which events trigger email or in-app notifications so your inbox stays relevant. Navigate to Profile → Notifications to see all available notification categories. Toggle each category on or off to match your preferences. In-app notification settings control the bell icon alerts within the SendWhale dashboard; email notification settings control messages sent to your registered address.

Theme

Switch between Light and Dark mode under Profile → Theme. Your theme preference is saved to your account and persists across devices and sessions.

Accessibility

If you prefer reduced visual motion, enable Reduce motion under Profile → Accessibility. This setting minimizes animations and transitions throughout the interface, which can help users who experience discomfort with movement on screen.
Profile settings are personal and apply account-wide. Workspace-level settings — including brand configuration, member management, and integrations — are managed separately inside each individual workspace.
